Overall, you delivered the flowers . You had my phone number, would love it if you took a pic of the product you delivered. Also, some form of notification that they were delivered would be great. My daughter did tell me she received them, and took a pic too. They are beautiful. But after I ordered and got a confirmation of said order, no further communication from you at all. We totally understand the desire to see a photo of the arrangement once it’s delivered. As a small, locally owned flower shop, our focus is on quality and care—from design to doorstep. Our delivery confirmations go out automatically via email, but we don’t currently send delivery photos unless requested in advance.
We’re proud to have a dedicated, small team who helps us deliver joy across the community. While we may not operate like large corporate delivery services, we hope that the heart and intention behind every bouquet shines through.
