The staff went above and beyond! I requested the lilies be removed because I knew they were toxic to cats. I wasn't sure about any of the other flowers. They staff member who read my order note looked up all the stems in the arrangement and replaced those that are toxic to cats with stems that are not. I did not expect that level of service and deeply appreciated it. I know the recipient did as well. ---- Florist's Response: Happy to help make it safe for pets! I ordered online, and everything went smoothly. The flowers were delivered on time. My friend loved them. She sent a picture and they are beautiful! I will order again if I need something in the Asheville area.
