Brown's definitely delivered in more ways than just getting the arrangement to the recipient. This arrangement and the Barnardsville dahlias in it were gorgeous! I ordered online after 9:00 p.m. and the lovely flowers were delivered by mid-day the next day as requested. Flawless service.
