Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My paranoia in ordering flowers from a website is that what gets delivered will be a lot smaller than expected and not nearly as nice as pictured. That was NOT the case with this. This arrangement was even more beautiful than pictured, as they had added some white roses to give it a little extra brightness...and it was larger than expected. I sent it across the country so I can't tell you the dimensions...but just know your recipient will think it is amazing. Thank you!!

Great experience. Superb florist. The flowers were delivered as promised on time and w/ respect to the schedule of the people receiving them. If I could add a photo, I would because the end product was so beautiful.

UPDATE: Owner, Hannah, was great to work with and so gracious to me for my disappointment in this arrangement. We talked and she offered a beautiful holiday arrangement to show her authentic concern for my satisfaction. It was stunning! Hannah is an amazing, talented florist owner with sincere appreciation for her customers. I’ll be ordering again from Hannah @ Browns Floral — I hope you will too! 5 Stars update! (I sent this arrangement to send to my cousin for her 65th birthday I chose this arrangement because the photo showed succulents as well as fresh flowers & greenery. The arrangement she received had NO succulents. I wanted the succulents because they would last beyond the life cycle of the rest of the arrangement. The arrangement she received is very pretty but will die & be gone with nothing to remember this special day. This was important especially now with Covid and the inability to be together. I am disappointed) Claire Florists' Response: Claire, we are so sorry for ANY disappointment. Sometimes substitutions for type and variety have to be made. The arrangement that we sent had succulents throughout, but they were a different variety of succulents than the one pictured on the website. Thank you very much! Happy New Year!
