In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Can’t brag enough on this business. They went WAY above and beyond to help me. They never fail…ever. Will never do business with any other flower company. Sugar Magnolia will always be my go to. Really appreciate them for making my 1st wedding anniversary memorable.

Overall, you delivered the flowers . You had my phone number, would love it if you took a pic of the product you delivered. Also, some form of notification that they were delivered would be great. My daughter did tell me she received them, and took a pic too. They are beautiful. But after I ordered and got a confirmation of said order, no further communication from you at all. The selections available were myriad, and I was able to find just the right arrangement in a short time. The customization options were great, and the personal delivery was timely and handled with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend.

I requested a pastel girly bouquet for a birthday. Tina put together THE MOST beautiful bouquet. It was very professionally done and the flowers were fresh! I will definitely be ordering with Sugar Magnolia again. Thank you for the outstanding service and experience!
